Well, doodlebug, there's always what I did before I came here: don't say anything at all, even if you can't spend five minutes without wanting to kiss her, look for any excuse to touch her, pretend you're not miserable, and take up drinking.

I know it's hard, love. But I can't say much for the alternative, either. And it might just be worse if she catches on with you acting the fool.
